Pre-shipment

How to cancel your order before it is shipped

• Login to your account → Go to “Orders” → Select “Cancel Order.”
• Or contact us via Help Center or email us at cs@zivci.in with your Order ID.

 

Post-shipment

• If it has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Just refuse the delivery and the item will come back to us. We will process your refund after we verify at our warehouse.

 

Orders Cancellation by Zivci 

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following instances:

• Not enough stock
• Delivery address is out of our service area
• There was a price error caused by technical or supplier errors.

Note: Your order will be canceled and a notification email with a refund to be processed in 30 working days will be given. There are no extra recompense options for cancellations.

 

Refund after Cancellation

• All cancellations would be refunded by crediting your original payment source within 5 working days after verification.
