How can I order this product?

Visit the product detail page for a product you wish to buy. Tap Add to Cart. When you've finished adding product to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon. If you need to edit the items in your Cart, visit the product detail page. Then tap to Place Order and follow the on-screen instructions.

Why the payment is deducted and the order is not placed?

If the payment is deducted from your account, Please write us on cs@zivci.in with your Payment/Transaction Id. We will check from our end and update you about the same.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Share the images of product with invoice you have received from our end on cs@zivci.in So that we can look into the matter for you and let you know what best can be done for you!

Online Security

All transactions at Zivci are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Zivci is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties to ensure that the best security practices are adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your protection and immediate peace of mind.

You can tell your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout” by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

WHAT IS A CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements, and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature area.

  • A - Please provide us mandatory details such as photographs of products and invoice on cs@zivci.in we will check the problem and do the best for you.
  • We are now accepting both COD and Prepaid orders
  • Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Shipping and Handling charges vary from area and zone wise.
  • All orders are processed & packed within 24 to 48 working hrs- but due to covid 19 situation expecting delay in the delivery of orders.
  • You can expect the delivery within 4-10 days.
  • For remote locations it may take up to 12 working days for shipment delivery.
  • Order deliveries are made from 9am – 7pm Monday – Saturday (excluding national holidays & festivals).
  • You can also track your order with the tracking details shared with you via SMS & e-mail. Also, can check the tracking details in your account.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
  • Zivci Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
  • Zivci Online can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • For safety reasons, we are not accepting any returns and cancellations as its prepaid order.
  • Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
  • Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Zivci Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
  • Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide Store Credit Coupon Code (of the same value) against the same.
  • Coupons are not valid on discounted products.
  • You cannot club any 2 coupons on same order.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
  • All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 2 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories

  • Zivci Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
  • Zivci Online can accept any return & exchange if we received the product in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • To return any item please contact our customer service team at 9879098865 & email us at cs@zivci.com within 3 days of the product delivery.
  • Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
  • Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Zivci Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
  • All items bought on sale are considered as final purchase – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
  • Once the return / exchange request has accepted, you will be eligible to exchange the product from any other product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference amount. In the case that the goods exceed the original price value, you will be required to pay the difference amount.

  • Kindly note that: Even though we have tried our level best to precisely show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using. We cannot entertain the return / exchange requests based on the same concern.
  • All free gifts or promotional goods received with your purchase must be returned with your order. We will not precede the exchange if we receive the incomplete return.
  • We will not exchange cosmetics goods which are opened and / or used due to hygiene purpose. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
