Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 7 working days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

• Damaged during delivery.
• Defective product.
• Missing items.
• Incorrect items delivered.

Condition Requirements: Products should be in their original packaging, with all tags, MRP labels, and accessories included.

 

How to Initiate a Return

• My Account: Login → Navigate to “Orders” → Click “Return” next to the item.
• Help Center: Reach out to us with your order details and the reason for your return.
• Email: Send an email to cs@zivci.in within 7 working days of delivery, including your Order ID, product details, and photos of any defects.

 

Refund Process for Returns

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been verified.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Note: Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable.

 

Refund Guidelines

• For Card/Net Banking Payments: Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 working hours after product verification. It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
• For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5 working days.

Documentation Required: Please provide a valid invoice and Order ID when requesting refunds via email at cs@zivci.in.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used items.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
